I’m Chris Sutcliffe, a personal trainer in Leeds,I founded CSS Fitness in 2015. I’ve always loved coaching people and helping them achieve great things, so I decided to make it my life.
Seeing my clients grow in confidence is what keeps me coaching.
I’ve been lucky enough to help hundreds throughout my life. Thanks to this, I’ve had the opportunity to refine my training delivery. This means my clients can benefit from a programme that is designed for them, delivered in the friendliest manner.
Everyone I’ve worked with has seen results that they’re happy with. Helping people realise what their body is capable of is by far the most satisfying aspect of my job. You don’t need to be an expert to exercise but getting expert help will help you achieve your goals much faster.
I’m continually building my knowledge as well as working towards my own goals. I studied at Leeds University and I currently hold the following honours:
BA (Hons): Sociology in Sport
National Diploma: Sport Development & Fitness
Level 3 Personal Training
Sport & Exercise Nutrition

I ran over 1,000km in 100 days from January – April 2021, to raise awareness and money for the Alzheimer’s Society. I finished the 100 days with a marathon and set a new personal best, 3 hours, 29 minutes. Thank you to everyone who donated and supported me through this incredible journey.
