My 4-week personal training programme, the body blitz transformation, is an intense exercise course that’s tailored completely to you and includes 1-2-1 workouts in a fully equipped gym.

But personal training isn’t just about having a 1-2-1 experience with a trainer, it’s also about finding a trainer that understands you.

Everyone’s fitness goals are completely different. Not only that, but everyone’s bodies respond differently to exercise and nutrition.

That’s why, as well as 1-2-1 training adapted to suit your goals and fitness level, you will also get a tailored nutrition plan.

Plus, I offer a nutrition workshop as part of my 4 week total body blitz, so you can take what you have learned forward to help you once the programme is over.

This isn’t just about one 4 week training stint, this is about a lifestyle change. My goal is for you to fall in love with exercise and the results you will see when you work with me, so you can and want to continue on your fitness journey.

4 Week Total Body Blitz Programme 

My 4 week total body blitz programme is about burning fat, building muscle and creating a solid foundation for you to continue developing your exercise regime once the 4 weeks are over. 

Before we get into the training, we’ll have a free 15 minute consultation. This is where we get to know each other a bit more. 

It’s crucial for me to understand what you’re looking for, what your fitness goals are and where you want to be in 4 weeks. 

It’s also so important for you to get a chance to see if I’m right for you as your trainer, so ask any and all questions. Learning to enjoy exercise is an integral part of the experience, and it’s my job to get you there. 

It’s long been established that abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen. So after the consultation, we will work on a personalised nutrition plan. This will take into account allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements and lifestyle choices. It’s also got to be realistic. There’s no point in creating a plan that involves spending hours cooking if my client is a single parent with 3 kids. It’s got to work for you. 

Yes, in my sessions you will work hard, sweat, maybe even curse me. You’ll be expected to put in 100%, just like I will. 

However, I don’t just want to see endless repetitions as fast as possible. That’s the quickest way to get injured. What I want to do is work on perfecting form. Not only does this protect you from injury, it also engages a range of muscles you might not even know exist like stabilising muscles and your deep core muscles. That’s where I take training beyond aesthetic results to help make you the strongest, most capable version of yourself.  

At the end of the 4 week body blitz programme, we will sit down and review your progress and if you’ve met you goals.

It’s not just important for physical health, but mental, too. You may also begin to stabilise hormonal fluctuations, you’ll start sweating out cortisol (stress hormone) and releasing endorphins (happy hormone). You’ll have more clarity and be less fatigued. Exercise has been seen to improve depression, anxiety and sleep.
