My name is Mac, Igraduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science at Leeds Beckett University. My passion and desire as a coach is to inspire individuals to become more confident whilst learning new skills.
I have participated in sport and exercise from a young age, competing in sporting events such as cross country and Triathlon.
Since 2019 I have shifted my interest towards strength and resistance training in the gym. At the beginning of this journey I struggled with my self-confidence when it came to my physique and lifting weights. Going through this experience has allowed me to appreciate just how difficult progression can be when you’re new to fitness.
My ambition is to support individuals throughout their fitness journey’s. I want health and fitness to be an enjoyable and sustainable life choice for you.

Why I Love Coaching
Working with new people and having the opportunity to educate individuals on how to improve their health and well-being is extremely rewarding. Being able to make a DIFFERENCE is what inspires me to go the extra mile and leave no stone unturned when working with my clients.
It’s my mission to help create healthier lifestyle habits that will contribute to long-term health benefits. I’m always looking to help clients adopt healthier habits beyond the gym, such as improved nutrition, better sleep, and stress management.
Coaching to me, is so much more than just writing a training programme. It’s about problem solving, understanding what the clients needs, creating a sustainable pattern of dietary behaviours, and accomplishing the targets we set.
